I usually dose our grey tank during the hotter months and if we are likely to be more than a couple of days between emptying. simply personal choice.

Homebrand laundry Soaker/Inwash booster, in other words, the best value for buck Sodium Percarbonate that I can find some of the big name brands have a rather miserable amount of active ingredient, I think this one is around 38%.

I usually pour a carefully calculated (actually just some random amount) down the shower plug hole before having a shower.

Random amounts are good. If it doesn't work, just put some more random amount in until it does.

I sometimes put some down the sink hole to help clean out the gung that gets caught in the traps.. Means I only hv to pipe clean once a year with the hose.

Nappy San works good and my tank is 308 black. Table spoon every couple of days.
