WINDOWS 10 CRITICAL ERROR ON START UP

Postby octaviao » Tue Oct 20, 2015 2:42 pm

Since loading Windows 10 on signing in, I had been getting a message of Critical Error with Start and Cortana not loading and to sign out and sign in again. The internet is full of this problem with people waiting for Microsoft to come up with a cure
Contacted Microsoft and after discussion they advised it was probably a fault in the User area
They took control of the computer and established a new User then loaded all my progams etc to the new user.
The problem has now totally disappeared

Cortana does not exist in NZ. The point is that with the Critical Error message it creates the need to sign out and then sign jn again. Becomes annoying
