CamperCare Motorhome Show, Hamilton, 27 Feb. to 1st March

Postby idex » Mon Jan 05, 2015 8:52 pm

I have contacted the event organisers and they are happy to allow Forum members to park together while attending this years show at Mystery Creek, as they did last year. it's a great opportunity to meet and socialise with other Forum members, as well as potential members who are all welcome.

The show runs from Friday 27th February until Sunday1st March inclusive, rally parking is FREE ( sponsored by Top 10 Holiday Parks) but if power hook-up is required there is a charge for that. There are toilets and showers available if needed.

We need to have some idea of numbers who are contemplating attendance, so if you think you may be coming please let me have your name, Registration No., NZMCA # if applicable , parking requirements and whether power is needed. PM to "idex" please, or post here on this thread.

Sorry, we are heading bottom N.I. Feel like it may be cooler than here with humidity.

Hi Bruce & Jan. Based on my experience last year, do not rely on the Organisers to make the arrangements they promise. The intent was obviously there, but they seemed to have a communication lapse between the office and ground staff which left us having to shift people once there to make the arrangements work. Best bet is for someone to get there very early, and then make sure it happens by blocking off an area if you can.

Cheers, Dene
