We have a dual heat/speed 400/800W 120/240VAC "travel" hair dryer purchased at a Kathmandu sale for $20 a couple of years ago.
There must be others out there. Very slow to dry compared to "real" ones but at least it can be powered from our 1000W PSW inverter.

We have had ours so long that its source is long forgotten. It is a Spinney Model HD1 and is so old that it was made in England!!!
These days 2400 watt dryers are the norm and feature air speeds of up to 150 kph. The lowest power dryer I can find for sale at the moment is 900 watts.

Just keep in mind that the low wattage ones on aliexpress work fine but are so under powered they are next to useless. They do throw out some heat but nothing like what you are used to at home. Build quality is typical of chinese goods.
