It is interesting to note that all the artwork of the proposals depicts parking showing motor homes and camper vans - No caravans. There does not appear to be any provision to park a tow vehicle. The sites may well be wide enough to sneak a tow vehicle beside the caravan, and I suspect that it will be much the same as it is now - Pretty tight on maneuverability space.

Don’t panic - it has been my experience over the years that the “Artists impression” used to sell the concept of a new development seldom reflects the finished product. It is just a glossy mechanism to assist getting the development off the starting blocks. In reality, the finished article usually is a much diminished version. Never as good as was “sold to the board”.
