Whisk eggs, ( 6 muffins- 6 eggs etc depending on how many you want to make) add your favourite grated cheese, plus optional parsley and chives, (dried or fresh) season slightly and add a dollop if cream if you want to. Pour egg mixture into the muffin tins to about 3/4 full. Bake in motorhome gas oven at gas 4 for about 25- 30 minutes, near the top of the oven, turning tray after 15 minutes. A bit of trial and error for timing the first time to ensure eggs are not to overcooked and rubbery.
You should be able to cook these in a Weber baby Q as well, by placing the muffin tray on the trivet with foil under the trivet, same as when doing a roast.
