Finally. Cooked up a leg of pork.oven bag and some garlic and coated it in apricot jam. Nice slow roast and its turned out awesome

Long slow cooking is the key to most game meats. I often cook at 110oC for 8+ hours. Always get a great result, although it doesn't keep???
