Has anyone tried any baking in their thermal baking/ cooking pots? I've made nice main meals, but would like to try the baking ideas. I don't have an oven - just 2 gas rings.

I have a Tiger thermal cooker but have not tried baking in it. Have a look at http://thermalcooker.wordpress.com/cate ... cipes-all/ though.

Hello. Thanks for that.
Since I posted that, I have made roasts, silverside, and lots of other things. My steam pudding went down a treat in the winter, but it was all hit and miss as I didn't have a recipe.
I'd like to try that bread and also the fruit cake this winter. Thanks again
