if you make this on a Sunday the calorie count will be nil! :-| All our friends know that is why I bake on a Sunday..... If you believe that you'll believe anything! :) If you have a sweet tooth, this will suit you fine, its very easy to make, plus it has some healthy stuff to ease the guilt! It is a handy tin filler for the motorhome or caravan.

½ cup sugar
100 g butter melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
1 cup fine coconut

1 cup dried apricots cut up
1 cup prunes cut up
1 cup mixture walnuts, shredded coconut, & pumpkin seeds
1 tin condensed milk

Pre-heat oven to electric oven to 180c or in a motorhome gas oven between 4 and 5 should be fine. Line a sponge roll tin with baking paper. Combine first five ingredients in a bowl and press into tin. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with fruit and nuts in a single layer. Drizzle over condensed milk to evenly coat fruit and bake a further 20 minutes on until golden. Remove from oven and cool in tin. Cut into squares when cold.
