So easy, calorie count? Who cares!

Peanut Butter Fudge
(with a caramel & salted peanut topping):
2 cups Sugar,
1/2 cup Milk,
1tsp Vanilla Essence,
3/4 cup Peanut Butter.
Bring sugar & milk to the boil, simmer for 2mins, remove from heat, add essence and peanut butter.
Pour the mixture into a tray / flat dish and allow to cool for 10mins before cutting into desired shape. That is it!
If required, once cooled, add your favourite caramel recipe mixture and some salted peanuts to the top for total over indulgence, then cut into desired shape,.
