With the christmas period fast approaching I thought it time to resurrect this thread again especially for newer forum members who may not have realised that there are many treasures here on the forum if one searches back through older posts.

Has anyone cooked this cake in their wee motorhome oven? If so what gas mark did you use and how high did you have the rack at?

Yes, middle rack and no 4 gas heat, turn the cake around half way through cooking time.
