I made up a switch board with the two 40 Amp MPPT controllers, a pair of circuit breakers to bring the solar current to the controllers and a heavy duty battery switch to disconnect the controller output from the battery if required. I was able to pre wire the board, with only the feed from the solar panels (yet to be installed) to be wired in.

Very nice Im envious. I was stuck with the position of mine due to existing built in wiring. It would have been a major to change.

Well today with the able assistance of son Ben we got the front three 200 watt panels fitted on the roof. To get them to fit I had to bolt them all together into one big 600 watt panel. This meant that we had an ungainly 40 kg assembly to get up onto the roof and glue into place. Job completed by 3.00 pm and happy to see 36 Amps being produced by this 600 watt array. I hope to get the other three panels installed tomorrow.
