:hi ,does anyone know where these are fed from as taillights go but no power to either no.plate lamp ??

I can see the cable pair from the offside tail-lamp but colour shade black/brown changes in behind the panel before it gets to the number plate lamp.
I guess there must be a cable junction that has suffered vibration on moisture damage in behind the bunk.
