Dear oh dear, what an appalling experiance for you . As with the previous owner who had many problems you must get on to them straight away .As Mattn has said start soft but firm ,give them a strict deadline for them to reply IN WRITING . In no way give in , see what they say and i would then seriously take some advise from a good lawyer ,possibly get them to send a letter to the dealer outlining what YOU expect .This will show them at the very start you are serious about sorting it out without delay and getting what you are entitled to under NZ law .
