Thanks Duno.

I think it is squeaky hinge as you say. Is one of the things I am going to look at tomorrow.

It is only when I push rapidly and hard.

Did not notice it before the top up of fluid. However I never tested it like this before stationary.

Master cylinder is unlikely to squeak, more likely to be the brake pedal where it hinges. Spray a bit of CRC down there.

So the reservoir was under the hatch on the right side of the dash ( as per instructions ), obvious really :-)
Yeah sorry I misunderstood, I thought you meant under all the dash covers and stuff for some reason closer to the foot pedal.

Thanks for the advice on all of this. I am going to check the brake pedal hinges tomorrow put a little lube on them.
I think the old boy did show me this before he passed away just forgotten.

Checked the brakes out again today.
Its not a squeak it is a warning buzzer going off of some kind.
Think I will need to go to a Truck service place or something to get them to check it out.

I can feel the spedo perspects vibrate when the buzzer goes off so I know its not mechanical squeak as such.
