Hi all, The handle wear indicators on the above, (red and green segments) have been broken. I have some replacements on order but how do I change them? I cannot get the remaining fragments out of the handle. Any suggestions would be helpful! (Keep it seemly!!)

I see you were all as baffles as I was. As far as I can figure out they are a one way item. I had to break the piece out. Fitting the new ones was tricky also but I got there!

Hi Roger. Haven't been on for a few days but am interested in what you did.
How did you break it out? Hammer and punch from the top?
Given that the top indicator was worn, did you also change the side clamps?

Afternoon David, all that was left of the indicator was a fragment of green up inside the handle, in effect no indicator. I tried pulling it out but no joy. I ended up using a small screwdriver and light hammer. The pieces are still inside the handle. I also had to take a knick out of the back edge of the new one to get it to slide into it's correct position.
With that in place I checked it on the ball. There is a goodly portion of green showing so all good there. Yes I did change the side ones, they were overdue for it. They're an easy change.
